Recess By The River

Recess by the River is an event series designed to combat the District's childhood obesity problem. Kids from Wards 7 and 8 that participated in the kick-off September 27 Recess by the River. There they received a passport to DC Recreation Centers and Heat Haven, Ward 8s new learning and living center.
